I only recently discovered this author and I have to say I really like all of her books I have read so far. This one did not disappoint. If you like historical novels with a bit of romance thrown in, you might enjoy this book too.

A good little book...

...that moves swiftly and keeps you entertained. While it is no great literary classic, it is good writing that moves along nicely. A light, airy read (without all the long, boring descriptions that I feel are fillers in most novels and therefore skip through) that allows the reader to care for the main character and keeps you reading till the last page.

Yes...it is unrealistic and predictable...but the book did its job and that job was to entertain me.

Loved it, book fell apart fast.

My son loved this book and was asking us to help him make paper air planes right away (he's 5). The pages were great and the directions very easy to follow, there are dotted lines for each of the folds to help show where to fold. The tear the pages out easily. The only problem being is that the pages tore out so easily, so did the directions. Now they're lost and we can't remember what folds go first for the different planes.

Awful cheap non-working product

I got this for my little brother for christmas because I remember how much I loved paper air planes when I was his age. But this is just a crap product.

1. Im sure they say this somewhere in the description, but this book is way smaller than a normal piece of paper.
2. Most of the book is the colorful mini paper. There are only like 5 air plane designs.
3. The airplane designs they do give, are awful. Non of them fly well. They all just dropped to the floor.
4. the paper rips out way to easily. We open it up and another paper has fallen out.

Spend the extra 4 bucks on the klutz book. This is just awful.

Richard E. Blahut is the Henry Magnuski Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and the recipient of many awards including the IEEE Alexander Graham Bell Medal (1998), the Tau Beta Pi Daniel C. Drucker Eminent Faculty Award, and the IEEE Millennium Medal. He was named a Fellow of IBM Corporation in 1980 (where he worked for over 30 years) and was elected to the US National Academy of Engineering in 1990.
