Must read book for CIOs and Business Leaders

The 'perfect storm' of merging disruptive IT technologies like Mobile, Cloud, Social Media, Big Data and smart systems is causing a shift from a 'Command-and-Control' to a 'Connect-and-Collaborate' system. Do not think your organization will not be affected. It will. The shift will mean organizations will 'organize value'. This means working together, being connected, having common goals.
