Great product, but check the prices direct from the publisher!

We have used Math-U-See products for five years now, all the way through Algebra I. This "Primer" is a great product, especially when combined with Miquon Math or other fun math activities. I think the other reviews are giving the price one star, not the product. Check the publisher's website to compare prices before you buy here.

Great basic program for advanced Pre-K or K - your child may start partway through the book depending on ability

This is an excellent introduction workbook for kindergarten or advanced pre-school level children. My daughter (4.5) started at approximately halfway through the book after a rigorous pre-K program - definitely check the skill level of your child. The objective of this course is to give the student a fun introduction, it is not mastery based. I highly recommend the manipulative blocks that go with this - the worksheets are all designed to be used in conjunction with those manipulative and I think the workbook only would lose a lot of its benefit. Overall we are extremely pleased with this Math program and we intend to continue on to the Alpha book.

A $30 book advertised for $750??? Mistake of rip off?
Seriously check them out for honesty. you can get these books for about 35 or so from the math u see web site.
