About the Author
As the author of this book I'm not ready to give up my anonymity. I wrote this book because it was something I felt compelled to do. It's a gritty tale I'm not proud to tell. I don't really want to be judged or labeled. I've had enough labels thrust upon me in life: abused, runaway, homeless, junkie, killer, prisoner, psychotic, metal patient, depressed, cutter, suicidal, rehabilitated and so on. For once in my life it's my turn to choose which label to wear. The one thing I've never been called is ok. In fact I'm the opposite of ok. I am KO!

Great book

I found this book to be a great read, it was not what I expected when I started reading. It had a lot of heart, easy to stay interested. Great story about a young person that had many hardships to overcome. Easy for anyone that had a difficult childhood to identify with. I would recommend anyone to give this book a read!

Clearly a very inspired piece. We all deal with many demons, and the occasional rabbit, and this story shows a journey unlike most. Recommended read, a tale that resonates in a very real way.
